Senior Manager Corporate Affairs

About the role

The Senior Manager of Corporate Affairs leads the corporate communications, stakeholder management and CSR strategy for MMC, reporting directly to the CEO. The role provides regulatory guidance to senior management, acts as the primary liaison with regulators, and oversees public relations and policy initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate communications, CSR and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Provide regulatory oversight, guidance and policy development for the operating company.
• Manage regulatory concerns, disputes, litigations and monitor legislative changes.
• Lead public relations and external communication efforts.
• Supervise teams in regulatory affairs, public relations, public policy and corporate communications.
• Collaborate with Group GM Legal & Regulatory Affairs and Group Fintech Legal & Regulatory teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate affairs, regulatory affairs or public policy at a senior level.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interpret and influence regulatory environments.
