Services Manager – Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning

About the role

We are looking for a Services Manager to lead our kitchen exhaust cleaning team in New York City. You will ensure the safe and efficient operation of hood, grease trap, and fire safety systems for a variety of restaurant clients.

Key responsibilities

• Report service alerts, complete field reports, QA inspections, and hazard assessments.
• Capture and submit before‑and‑after photos to the company network.
• Manage ordering of supplies and safety equipment needed for service calls.
• Supervise training and development of new technicians and service personnel.
• Inspect kitchen grease exhaust systems, including hoods, filters, ductwork, and exhaust fans.
• Oversee proper installation, removal, and sealing of access panels.
• Check fluid levels daily and maintain all PPE, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain and service assigned company vehicles.
