Software Support Specialist

About the role

As a Software Support Specialist at Symplany, you will be the front‑line advisor for our financial‑planning advisors, helping them navigate our proprietary software and resolve any issues they encounter. You will combine technical understanding with strong customer service to ensure advisors can focus on the strategic conversations that matter.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver initial training and onboarding for new advisors.
• Respond to advisor questions and troubleshoot software issues.
• Create and lead engaging training sessions for experienced advisors.
• Collect and share feedback with internal teams to continuously improve the advisor experience.

Required profile

• Self‑starter who identifies needs and takes action.
• Goal‑oriented with a track record of achieving objectives.
• Ability to learn quickly and teach concepts to non‑technical users.
• Customer‑centric mindset with empathy, patience, and dedication.
• Creative communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience (more is a plus).
• Strong desire to keep learning about finance, tax, portfolio theory, and AI.
