Talent Acquisition Specialist (12‑month contract)

About the role

Binance is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its global expansion. The role focuses on hiring for Business/Commercial functions and will work remotely across APAC time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand needs and provide market insights.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
• Drive recruitment process improvements and contribute to related projects.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, referrals and proactive outreach.

Required profile

• 3–6+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in top‑tier Internet, Fintech, Financial Services, Web2 or leading agencies.
• Proven experience hiring for Business/Commercial functions.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship‑building and consulting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude toward the crypto industry.
