University Guidance Counselor – International Admissions

About the role

Enko La Gaieté is seeking a proactive University Guidance Counselor to help talented African students achieve their higher‑education goals. You will design personalized guidance programmes, build partnerships with universities worldwide, and use digital tools to enhance the student experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver a tailored university guidance programme that explores international higher‑education options and creates realistic academic and career plans.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local and international universities and organisations to secure admission slots and scholarship opportunities.
• Organise and coordinate university fairs, webinars, open days, and other events that inspire students to pursue further studies.
• Engage parents, alumni, and the broader community to celebrate student achievements and raise the visibility of the guidance programme.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent.
• Passion for education, strong initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English.
• Experience in academic guidance, education, or the non‑profit sector is preferred.
