职位概况
公司在东京总部运营月度数亿元广告预算，现招聘Web营销负责人，承担媒体责任人及未来业务负责人候选人角色。
主要职责
- 负责自有媒体的全链路运营，管理Google、Meta、Yahoo等平台的大额预算。
- 制定并优化广告创意、落地页及LPO策略，提高转化率。
- 进行数据分析，提出产品改进和用户行为洞察。
- 搭建团队制度，进行成员管理与绩效提升。
任职要求
- 具备数字广告代理公司（中小规模）团队管理经验，能够带领团队达成目标。
- 熟悉运营型广告及整体Web营销实务，拥有深厚的专业知识。
必备技能
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- Yahoo Ads
- 数据分析

- 年薪700万~1000万日元（依据经验与技能确定）
