负责公司自有媒体的整体运营与团队管理，统筹月度亿元级广告预算，推动业务增长。
主要职责
- 使用Google、Meta、Yahoo等平台进行月度亿元预算的投放与优化，决策预算分配。
- 策划并指导Landing Page及广告创意，基于用户洞察进行假设验证。
- 通过数据分析提升LPO、CVR，构建数字化决策体系。
- 管理约10人的团队，建立持续产出机制并负责成员培养与评估。
任职要求
- 具备数字广告代理公司团队管理经验，能够实现业绩目标。
- 深厚的运营型广告与Web营销实务知识。
必备技能
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- Yahoo Ads
- 数据分析
