About the role
The company is seeking a full‑time Business Developer to work on‑site in the Ngousso area of Yaoundé. You will be responsible for generating new leads, researching market opportunities and building strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified leads through proactive outreach.
- Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with clients.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions.
- Achieve defined revenue and growth targets.
Required profile
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in business development or sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; MBA a plus.
- Bilingual, fluent and presentable.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Lead generation and market research techniques.
- Customer service and relationship management.
