About the role
Conga is seeking a Director of Customer Success to lead a high‑performing team of Enterprise and Strategic Customer Success Managers. You will partner with Fortune 100, 200 and 500 customers, ensuring they achieve measurable outcomes that drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of tenured CSMs across multiple locations.
- Own a portfolio of large, complex SaaS accounts and drive verified business outcomes.
- Design and execute strategic playbooks tailored for enterprise‑level customers.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align customer success initiatives with revenue targets.
- Continuously improve processes and frameworks to deliver consistent, measurable results.
Required profile
- 10+ years managing high‑value, complex books of business in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high‑performing Customer Success teams.
- Experience working with Fortune 100‑500 companies and understanding enterprise dynamics.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure outcomes accurately.
