Agent & Distribution Admin Manager

About the role

Wave is building the first cashless continent in Africa and needs a skilled manager to lead its Agent & Distribution administration team. Reporting to the Country Launcher, you will oversee a growing group of administrative officers who support agent operations across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Agent Operations team from the head office.
• Recruit, manage, and ensure compliance of agent teams with internal policies.
• Develop and enforce procedures for tracking, reporting, and resolving agent issues.
• Coordinate the request, dispatch, and tracking of agent‑related supplies and merchandising material.
• Oversee agent management, administration, reporting, and contract renewal processes.
• Maintain regional data, generate performance forecasts, and conduct data analysis.
• Manage contracts and payroll for interim staff and support recruitment, onboarding, and off‑boarding of agent ops personnel.
• Train and mentor entry‑level administrators and facilitate agent communication and training.

Required profile

• Excellent multitasking abilities with strong organizational skills.
• Experience managing a team of administrative staff.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling contracts, payroll, and data reporting.
• Proactive attitude toward performance improvement and process optimisation.
