We are looking for a dynamic Bilingual Recruiter who thrives on meeting new people and uncovering talent through insightful questioning. The role focuses on building a robust pipeline of candidates and ensuring a smooth interview process while consistently meeting recruitment targets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future openings.
• Conduct phone and in‑person interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries.
• Achieve weekly quotas related to outreach calls and emails.

• Comfortable meeting new people frequently.
• Ability to determine a candidate’s potential through clever questions.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• High energy, passion for recruitment, and a proven track record of meeting quotas.
