About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Bilingual Recruiter who thrives on meeting new people and uncovering talent through insightful questioning. The role focuses on building a robust pipeline of candidates and ensuring a smooth interview process while consistently meeting recruitment targets.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future openings.
- Conduct phone and in‑person interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries.
- Achieve weekly quotas related to outreach calls and emails.
Required profile
- Comfortable meeting new people frequently.
- Ability to determine a candidate’s potential through clever questions.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- High energy, passion for recruitment, and a proven track record of meeting quotas.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office suite
