Business Operations Internship – 3 Tracks – Hybrid – Douala

About the role

ANYKINDTIN is offering a three‑month, paid Business Operations Internship based in Douala with a hybrid work model. Interns will join one of three specialised tracks – Import Commerce, Content, or Member Experience – and will receive mentorship, structured training, and hands‑on experience in international trade and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Support Saturday import clinics, assist with client acquisition and help grow shipping services (Import Commerce track).
• Create short‑form reels and other content about importing from China, appearing on‑camera as needed (Content track).
• Manage WhatsApp community groups, process orders, support members and keep shipment records up to date (Member Experience track).
• Assist with procurement, supplier communication, tracking records, customs documentation and market research across all tracks.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented, reliable and eager to learn logistics/e‑commerce.
• Bilingual French/English is a strong advantage for the Import Commerce and Member Experience tracks.
• Comfortable appearing on‑camera for the Content track.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation.
