Croatian‑Speaking Remote Sales Development Representative

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is looking for a Croatian‑speaking Sales Development Representative to work remotely for a client in the vacation‑rental sector. This pre‑sales position focuses on outbound calling, lead qualification, and passing warm leads to sales managers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to vacation‑rental property owners to introduce the client’s solution.
• Assess interest and pre‑qualify leads according to defined criteria.
• Build rapport, answer initial questions, and handle basic objections.
• Transfer qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow‑up and conversion.
• Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system.
• Manage call follow‑ups and ensure efficient hand‑overs.
• Participate in monthly KPI reviews and performance discussions.

Required profile

• Fluent Croatian (C2 level) with strong English communication skills.
• Previous experience in cold calling, outbound sales or lead generation is preferred.
• Confidence handling objections and engaging prospects by phone.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated and well‑organized.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and lead databases.
