French and English Online Interpreters

About the role
We are looking for fluent French and English speakers to provide real‑time interpretation for online conversations. The role can be performed from home with a Camtel fiber connection or from our office in Douala (PK8, Cité des Palmiers).
Key responsibilities
- Interpret live phone, chat, email and video‑conference interactions between French‑speaking and English‑speaking customers.
- Maintain accuracy and nuance while handling multiple conversations in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- Professional‑level proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality and cultural sensitivity.
Required skills
- Familiarity with digital communication tools such as email, chat systems, video‑conferencing platforms.
- Experience using CRM or ticketing tools is a plus.
