French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English Customer Support Associate who can deliver friendly, clear, and professional assistance to our customers worldwide. You will handle inbound voice calls and live‑chat interactions, helping users with order tracking, product explanations, and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems step‑by‑step and guide them to solutions.
• Log every interaction in the CRM system with precise details.
• Identify recurring issues, share feedback, and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
