IT Project Manager – Unified Endpoint Management (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead workstreams focused on Unified Endpoint Management solutions. The role is remote, based in North Carolina, and involves coordinating large‑scale technology upgrades, migrations, and digital collaboration initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create process flow documents and define metrics to track project progress.
• Compile project data and report status to management and executive audiences.
• Consult with management and customers on product feasibility and infrastructure plans.
• Provide data analysis and support for Office 365 and digital collaboration upgrades.
• Act as liaison between network engineers, development teams, and customer management.
• Deliver advanced support for diagnosing and resolving complex technical problems.
• Coordinate migration issues with the Service Desk and other impacted groups.
• Oversee technical project management for Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM, Intune), Windows Autopilot, and Azure Active Directory.
• Identify potential risks and schedule slippage, and track actions and meeting minutes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or four additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 8–12 years of professional experience in IT project management.
• Willingness and eligibility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance, including passing drug screen, criminal history, and credit checks.
• No more than six months of travel outside the United States in the past five years and residence in the U.S. for three of the last five years.

Required skills

• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM, Intune, Co‑management, Windows Autopilot, Azure Active Directory).
• Ability to create content using PowerPoint.

What we offer

• Contract position with an anticipated pay range of $53.00–$62.00 per hour (W2).
• Remote work arrangement.
