L2 Integration Support Engineer – Managed Services

About the role

Mobile-Technologies is seeking a skilled L2 Integration Support Engineer to join its Managed Services team. You will work with a globally distributed group to integrate, deploy, and support Mobile‑Technologies products for customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate Mobile‑Technologies solutions with customer systems and third‑party platforms.
• Perform deployments across development, test and production environments, both on‑premise and in the cloud.
• Provide L2 technical support, manage tickets, and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
• Track and report on support activities, generating regular status and issue reports.
• Identify improvement opportunities, propose new technologies and enhance processes.
• Collaborate with development and testing teams to relay feedback and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems.
• Experience with relational databases, preferably Oracle or PostgreSQL.
• Solid background in systems and network administration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to configure back‑end environments for on‑site hardware and cloud deployments.
• Experience conducting system integration and acceptance testing.
• Good English communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in telecom solutions is a plus.
