Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑oriented Sales Representative to develop our SME/TPE client base, promote digital and business solutions, and build strong relationships. The role involves B2B prospecting, field sales, product demonstrations, and negotiation to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new SME/TPE clients through calls, field visits, networking and other channels.
• Promote and sell digital and business solutions, conduct product demonstrations and present solutions to prospects.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and negotiate contracts to close sales.
• Maintain and grow a strong customer portfolio, follow up with prospects and existing clients.
• Participate in commercial events, business development activities and gather customer feedback for the technical team.
• Record accurate customer and sales information in the CRM and achieve monthly/quarterly sales objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, IT or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or commercial activities.
• Strong negotiation, communication and closing abilities.
• Excellent customer relationship management and ability to work independently.
• Results‑oriented, target‑driven with good knowledge of the local market.
• Knowledge of IT, telecommunications, technology or digitalisation sector is a plus.
