Senior Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Representative to expand our customer base, promote digital and business solutions, and build lasting client relationships. The successful candidate will be comfortable with B2B prospecting, field sales, product demonstrations, and negotiation, and will be driven to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new SME/TPE clients through calls, visits, networking, and other channels.
• Promote and sell digital and business solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to prospects.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Close sales and follow up with both new and existing clients.
• Develop and maintain a strong customer portfolio.
• Participate in commercial events and business development activities.
• Gather customer feedback and relay it to the technical team.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales data in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, IT, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or B2B prospecting.
• Proven negotiation, communication, and closing abilities.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a client portfolio.
• Results‑oriented and target‑driven mindset.
• Good knowledge of the local market.
• Familiarity with the IT, telecommunications, technology, or digitalisation sector is a plus.
