Analyst - Reconciliation (Bank & Partner Reconciliations)

About the role

The Analyst – Reconciliation is responsible for daily reconciliation of all Fintech transactions across bank accounts, partner settlements, and internal system accounts. The role ensures financial data accuracy, investigates discrepancies, and supports timely partner fund settlements in line with SLAs and controls.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of bank, partner, and internal system transactions.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
• Support the Manager of Operations by ensuring accurate and efficient reconciliation activities.
• Participate in strategic meetings and execute transformation initiatives as directed.
• Escalate critical issues that may impact time, scope, productivity, cost, or resources.
• Prepare documentation for tactical changes and report daily progress to the functional lead.
