Business Development Associate

About the role

ApplyBoard is seeking an energetic Business Development Associate to drive growth within its recruitment partner ecosystem. You will own a diverse portfolio of agents and institutions, acting as their strategic advocate and trusted advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Represent ApplyBoard to educational agents, institutions, and prospective students, promoting the platform’s value.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase international student enrollment across multiple regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, negotiate terms, provide training, and ensure ongoing engagement.
• Guide agents to improve the quality and volume of student applications while adhering to ApplyBoard standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, business development, or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education or a related field preferred.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and independent work abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage data accurately, and conduct performance‑driven conversations.
