Certified Surgical Technician (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technician to join our operating‑room team on a full‑time basis. You will work under the supervision of physicians and registered nurses, ensuring that each surgical procedure runs smoothly and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain all medical equipment, instruments, sterile drapes, and solutions for surgeries.
• Assist with patient preparation, including washing, shaving, and disinfecting incision sites.
• Transport and position patients on the operating table, applying sterile drapes and gowns.
• Pass instruments, hold retractors, cut sutures, and count sponges, needles, and supplies.
• Operate sterilizers, lights, suction machines, and other diagnostic equipment.
• Handle specimens for laboratory analysis and apply postoperative dressings.
• Support post‑operative patient transfer to recovery and restock the operating room.
• Assist the Materials Manager with supply ordering and charge entry.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program.
• Certified in CPR.
• 0‑2 years of clinical experience in a related field.
• Ability to follow hospital regulations and industry procedures.
