Commercial Project Manager (Onsite Required)

About the role

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to lead customer projects from initiation to delivery. This onsite position ensures projects meet timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall program management for assigned projects using appropriate planning tools.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, managing timelines, budgets, expectations, and inquiries.
• Support Business Development with quote and proposal reviews.
• Assist with supply agreements/contracts and ensure purchasing compliance.
• Lead project team and technical kick‑off meetings, forecast expenses, and generate invoices.
• Review and approve packaging specifications, suggest design solutions, and mentor Associate Project Managers.
• Facilitate lessons‑learned sessions, analyze contribution and gross margins, and meet budgetary objectives.
• Organize quarterly business reviews, continuous‑improvement initiatives, and customer visits.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, customer‑facing projects in a regulated environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to analyze financial metrics and adjust project plans accordingly.
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends when required.
