Consultant – Needs & Readiness Assessment for Digital Supply Chains

About the role

The Humanitarian Logistics Cooperative (Hulo) is seeking an experienced consultant to lead a needs and readiness assessment for the digitalisation of humanitarian supply chains. The assignment will involve collecting and analysing both quantitative and qualitative data from local and national organisations to gauge their preparedness for adopting digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a mixed‑methods data collection plan (surveys, interviews, focus groups).
• Assess the current digital maturity and logistical needs of partner organisations.
• Analyse findings to produce actionable recommendations for the LINK V2 platform.
• Collaborate with Hulo’s IT Projects team and member organisations to validate results.
• Deliver a comprehensive assessment report within the agreed timeline.

Required profile

• Proven experience in humanitarian logistics or supply‑chain consultancy.
• Strong background in conducting quantitative and qualitative research.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across different countries.
• Excellent analytical and report‑writing skills.
