Supply & Logistics Manager (P-4) – Fixed Term, Yaoundé

About the role

UNICEF is seeking a senior Supply & Logistics Manager (P-4) on a fixed‑term basis to lead supply chain operations for its country office in Yaoundé, Cameroon. Reporting to the Chief of Supply or Chief of Operations, you will ensure that procurement, warehousing, transport and distribution activities meet programme needs and support emergency response efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire supply chain function, including planning, procurement, contracting, customs clearance, warehousing, in‑country transport and distribution.
• Coordinate emergency response logistics and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Collaborate with programme teams and implementing partners to define supply interventions that achieve results for children.
• Provide technical and advisory support to government bodies, national systems and partners on supply chain management.
• Monitor supplies, services and construction works to ensure compliance with UNICEF standards.

Required profile

• Advanced university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, International Development or a related field (or a bachelor’s degree with a relevant professional certification).
• Minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience at national and international levels in supply, logistics, procurement, contracting or related technical fields.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex, sensitive situations under pressure.
• Experience working in development or humanitarian contexts.
