About the role
The Director of Children’s Ministry provides leadership for the Children’s Ministry within the Family Life Ministries department, implementing the mission and vision of UPC.
Key responsibilities
- Provide leadership for the Children’s Ministry within the Family Life Ministries department.
- Lead the Children’s staff, elders, and volunteer leadership teams.
- Support the vision of UPC by fostering strong discipling relationships between volunteers and children.
- Create and oversee quality programs for children’s spiritual development.
- Support parents as the primary influence in their children’s faith.
Required profile
- Demonstrated commitment to the mission and vision of UPC.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, elders, and volunteers.
- Passion for supporting families and children’s faith formation.
