Director of Dining Services

About the role

CCL Hospitality Group is seeking a polished, hospitality‑driven leader to direct the dining services of a premier luxury senior living community in Seattle. The Director will balance resident satisfaction, financial performance, employee engagement, and operational excellence while shaping the future dining vision as the community expands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a complex senior‑living dining operation, ensuring a best‑in‑class resident experience.
• Manage P&L, labor budgets, food cost, and inventory controls.
• Oversee catering operations, regulatory compliance, and survey readiness.
• Develop and mentor multiple managers and large frontline teams.
• Drive productivity through scheduling, workforce planning, and team accountability.
• Maintain strong client and resident relations, handling concerns professionally.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of progressive food‑service leadership experience.
• Previous role as Director of Dining Services, Executive Dining Manager, Executive Chef, Hotel F&B Director, Country Club F&B Director, or similar luxury senior‑living leadership.
• Proven success building leadership teams and developing future leaders.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and forecasting.
• Executive‑level communication skills and ability to manage high‑expectation stakeholders.
