Embedded Security Coordinator – Douala

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Security Coordinator to join our consultant team on‑site at a client location in Douala. You will oversee the physical security function of a busy operation, ensuring safe access, robust guard management and timely reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage physical and procedural security at the client site.
• Implement and maintain access‑control protocols.
• Supervise a contracted guard force and coordinate journey‑management procedures.
• Maintain a network of local contacts and proactively report security developments.
• Draft regular security reports and advise on corrective actions for infrastructure deficiencies.
• Respond to security incidents, conduct investigations and provide incident analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in physical security management.
• Cameroonian citizen with fluent French speaking and writing skills; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Proven ability to produce clear written reports.
• Established network of contacts in the Douala area.
• Experience managing guard forces and journey‑management protocols.
• Strong client‑facing skills and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.
