About the role
CCL Hospitality Group is seeking an inspirational Executive Chef to lead daily kitchen operations across its community‑living properties. The role blends hands‑on cooking with strategic oversight, ensuring high‑quality meals, staff development, and financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily culinary production, overseeing food preparation, quality, presentation, and safety.
- Develop and update menus based on seasonal ingredients, product availability, and resident preferences.
- Manage food and labor costs to meet monthly budget targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and company health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Create decorative food displays and special dishes for events and VIP guests.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in a high‑volume culinary environment.
- Strong track record of cost control and budget management.
- Commitment to food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to inspire and develop kitchen teams.
