Field Sales Representative

About the role

ACHIGO DIGITAL SARL is seeking dynamic, target‑driven Field Sales Representatives on a 12‑month renewable contract to introduce and sell its flagship product, marketday.online, to small and medium‑sized store owners in Douala.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, visit, and pitch marketday.online to merchants within designated territories.
• Deliver product presentations and live demos to showcase platform value.
• Build long‑lasting relationships, guide merchants through onboarding and setup.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collect feedback, report market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.

Required profile

• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in field sales, B2B sales or direct commercial prospecting; tech or digital product experience is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly autonomous, persistent and target‑oriented.
• Familiarity with Cameroon’s retail landscape and small‑business ecosystem.
• Comfortable using digital tools, smartphones and software applications.
