Fieldforce Team Leader – Cameroon

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Fieldforce Team Leader to lead, coach and develop a team of Hybrid Medical Representatives in Cameroon. The role focuses on driving team performance, ensuring execution excellence and supporting commercial growth through effective leadership and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Hybrid Medical Representatives, conduct regular field coaching, performance reviews and set clear expectations.
• Ensure high‑quality execution of detailing, merchandising, order‑taking and pharmacy activation programmes, monitor territory coverage and support product launches.
• Drive achievement of team sales targets and key performance indicators, monitor productivity and implement improvement plans.
• Maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and pharmacy customers, conduct customer‑facing activities and organise local educational events.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting, monitor CRM utilisation, escalate commercial risks and guarantee compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer‑healthcare or FMCG industry.
• Proven experience leading, coaching or mentoring field‑based sales teams.
• Strong understanding of healthcare professional engagement and customer relationship management.
• Demonstrated success in driving team performance and achieving commercial objectives.
