About the role

We are seeking a French‑Bilingual Outbound Sales Specialist to generate new business for corporate, wedding, and private events. Working remotely, you will engage prospects through cold outreach, nurture them across multiple channels, and schedule qualified appointments for our internal team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to corporate and private‑event prospects.
• Perform persistent multi‑channel follow‑ups via phone and email.
• Schedule qualified discovery calls and appointments for the sales team.
• Use existing lead‑generation platforms to identify and target high‑potential prospects.
• Navigate sales conversations fluently in both French and English.
• Build trust quickly to secure event bookings.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in cold calling or outbound sales support.
• Exceptional communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Availability to work during Montreal business hours (EST).
• Resilient, deal‑focused attitude.
• Proficiency with lead‑generation and CRM software.
