About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Supervisor to lead our Human Resources function in Yaounde. The role combines full‑cycle HR management with marketing and client‑facing responsibilities, supporting both internal operations and business development.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee payroll processing, personnel records, employee benefits and ensure compliance with labour laws.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with best practices.
  • Monitor employee performance, conduct appraisals and support talent development initiatives.
  • Maintain effective employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts professionally.
  • Interview, assess and maintain a talent pipeline that meets company and client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports and dashboards; track metrics such as turnover, time‑to‑hire and payroll accuracy.
  • Promote the company’s HR, recruitment, outsourcing and related services to potential and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to execute campaigns and acquire new clients.
  • Conduct presentations, proposals and networking activities to increase company visibility.
  • Leverage market and client insights to identify opportunities for expanding services.

Required profile

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience covering payroll, recruitment, personnel management and employee relations.
  • Proven experience in marketing, business development or direct client interaction (highly desirable).
  • Previous experience in a service provider or outsourcing company is a strong advantage.
  • Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Preferred age range: 28‑40.
  • Results‑oriented, proactive and highly organized.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with HR software and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and market insights.
  • Knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
