Human Resources Manager

About the role

Compass Group USA is seeking a Human Resources Manager to provide both field and corporate HR support across a multi‑site portfolio in Alaska, Washington, and Oregon. The role focuses on associate relations, frontline recruitment, training, and diversity initiatives while partnering closely with operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver management training on terminations, sexual harassment, and performance management.
• Investigate and advise managers on associate relations issues and recommend resolutions.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
• Represent the organization at personnel‑related hearings and investigations as needed.
• Support internal surveys, interpret associate satisfaction feedback, and provide actionable insights.
• Attend operational meetings to increase HR visibility, deliver classroom training, and implement HR initiatives.

Required profile

• Based in Alaska, Washington, or Oregon with ability to travel regularly to multiple sites.
• Proven experience in HR management, associate relations, recruitment, and training within a hospitality or food‑service environment.
• Strong partnership skills to work with operations and ensure compliance with HR best practices.
