Junior Digital Marketing Associate

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Digital Marketing Associate to support our B2B IT services sales efforts. The role combines lead generation, client outreach, and coordination with senior sales staff to drive new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling and targeted outreach.
• Identify and pursue new accounts, arranging calls and meetings with prospects.
• Establish and nurture relationships with C‑level executives and key decision‑makers.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow‑up activities for the sales team.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our IT services portfolio to effectively communicate value propositions.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in IT services sales or business development.
• Graduate degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet lead‑generation targets.
• Possession of a two‑wheel vehicle for local travel.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IT services and marketing principles.
