职位概况
加入东大创始的Alumnote，负责全国最大学生社区平台Cross Campus的商务拓展与业务规划，推动平台规模化发展。
主要职责
- 制定并执行中长期业务战略，设计服务模型、收入结构和用户体验路径。
- 与产品团队协作，进行需求梳理、功能规划及迭代验证。
- 搭建并优化业务运营流程，确保短期成果与长期可扩展性平衡。
- 分析市场、竞争及内部数据，形成业务假设并绘制路线图。
任职要求
- 具备商务拓展或新业务开发经验，能够独立推动项目落地。
- 对教育、学生社区或公益平台有基本认知。
- 能够与技术、设计等跨职能团队高效沟通。
