Procurement Manager – West African Countries

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead the procurement function for ATS across West African countries, aligning the sourcing strategy with both group and local objectives. You will be responsible for delivering cost‑effective, compliant, and timely procurement of all materials required for operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional procurement plan in line with corporate strategy.
• Manage end‑to‑end sourcing, tendering, supplier selection and contract negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with procurement regulations, internal policies and local legislation.
• Oversee international and local logistics to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Implement and monitor procurement procedures, controls and budget reporting.
• Drive cost‑saving initiatives and deliver measurable savings.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and run structured supplier management programmes.
• Lead, train and develop the procurement and materials team across the operation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in a complex or project‑based environment.
• Proven experience in sourcing, tendering, contract management and supplier negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of procurement regulations, local legislation and internal policies.
