Sales Representative – FMCG (Alcohol & Non‑Alcohol Beverages)

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Sales Representative to grow our client base, drive sales of alcohol and non‑alcoholic beverages, and manage stock and warehouse activities in Yaounde. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and French and have a solid track record in the FMCG sector.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts across Yaounde.
- Follow up on client orders, ensure timely deliveries, and manage payment collections.
- Execute marketing and activation plans to increase product visibility.
- Monitor stock levels, oversee warehouse operations, and prepare forecasts based on sales trends.
- Produce daily and weekly reports on sales, stock, payments, and market competition.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of proven FMCG sales experience in Yaounde.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
