Senior Field Sales (Cameroon)

About the role

Join DHL Global Forwarding as a Senior Field Sales professional responsible for driving revenue growth and customer acquisition across a defined geographic region in Cameroon. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver end‑to‑end logistics solutions and strengthen the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and administer field sales plans, forecasts and budgets aligned with business strategy.
• Identify new business opportunities, secure repeat orders and expand the core customer base.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues and promote DHL’s freight and logistics services.
• Prepare and deliver sales bids, presentations, proposals and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate terms, close deals and ensure seamless hand‑over to operations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Service Management to improve sales performance and customer retention.
• Maintain regular contact with customers, provide updates on market trends and introduce additional services.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales within logistics, freight or transportation sectors.
• Strong ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities and influence external stakeholders.
