Volunteer Coordinator (Hybrid – Toronto)

About the role

The Volunteer Coordinator will oversee the volunteer staff at Andrew Wommack Ministries (AWMC), ensuring clear communication of expectations, timely completion of tasks, and a respectful environment for volunteers, staff, and students.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall oversight of AWMC volunteers at the designated location.
• Communicate and enforce all World Outreach policies and procedures for volunteers.
• Work under the Event Owner to assign tasks based on volunteer abilities.
• Develop and maintain volunteer schedules and ensure volunteers are aware of them.
• Monitor task completion, punctuality, and quality of work.
• Ensure volunteers understand and operate within World Outreach policies.

Required profile

• Completed at least two years of training at a recognized Charis Campus.
• Minimum one year of administrative experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster growth and development for staff and students.
• Alignment with the vision and doctrinal statements of Charis Bible College and Andrew Wommack Ministries.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Office 365.
• Experience with Planning Center (preferred).
