HR Supervisor – Payroll, Recruitment & Business Development

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Supervisor to lead our Human Resources function in Yaounde. The role combines full‑cycle HR management with client‑facing marketing activities to support the company’s growth and service promotion.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits, personnel records and ensure compliance with Cameroonian labor laws.
• Develop, update and enforce HR policies and best‑practice procedures.
• Monitor performance, conduct appraisals and drive talent development initiatives.
• Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts and maintain a positive workplace.
• Lead recruitment efforts, build and maintain a talent pipeline aligned with client needs.
• Produce accurate HR reports, dashboards and track metrics such as turnover, time‑to‑hire and payroll accuracy.
• Promote the company’s HR, recruitment and outsourcing services to existing and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with business‑development teams on campaigns, presentations and networking events to acquire new business.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience across payroll, recruitment, personnel management and employee relations.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing, business development or direct client interaction is highly desirable.
• Previous work in a service‑provider or outsourcing environment is a strong advantage.
• Preferred age range: 28‑40 years.
• Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using HR software and CRM systems.
