Guest Experience Coordinator

About the role

Tierramor is seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for guests and ensure a seamless, caring stay. Working closely with the Business Manager, Experiences and the Operations Manager, you will coordinate all touch‑points of the guest journey from pre‑arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all pre‑arrival communications, creating and updating guest‑facing materials.
• Welcome and orient guests on arrival, embodying Tierramor’s values of reliability, warmth and clear communication.
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the stay, handling questions, issues and feedback.
• Design and implement a thoughtful departure experience and feedback loop.
• Collaborate with Ground Operations, Food, and Experiences teams to ensure readiness and accurate guest information.
• Enhance internal communication systems and identify coordination gaps before they affect guests.
• Track guest preferences and share relevant intelligence with team members in a timely manner.
