Scrum Master & Business Analyst – Telecom Digitalization

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Scrum Master with strong Business Analysis capabilities to lead digital transformation initiatives in the telecom sector. The role bridges business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that web and mobile applications are delivered in line with business objectives and user needs.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Review, Retrospective) and coach teams on Agile best practices.
• Remove impediments, track sprint progress, velocity and delivery metrics, and foster a high‑performance team environment.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog prioritisation and refinement.
• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements, translate them into user stories, epics and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, perform gap analysis and ensure requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead initiatives to digitise telecom services such as self‑care apps, digital onboarding, payments and value‑added services.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams on web portals and Android/iOS applications and support API‑based integrations and micro‑services architecture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in Agile environments, preferably within telecom digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of telecom OSS/BSS systems and digital ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM or SAFe preferred).
• Business analysis tools and techniques (BRD, FRD, user stories).
• JIRA, Confluence and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of web and mobile app development lifecycles.
• API design, integration and micro‑services architecture.
• Understanding of OSS/BSS platforms in telecom.
