About the role

Morrison Living is seeking a Senior Executive Chef to lead daily kitchen operations at its Indianapolis site. The role combines hands‑on culinary execution with team leadership, menu innovation, and financial stewardship.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of food preparation, production, and presentation for resident and client meals.
• Develop and update menus based on seasonal ingredients, product availability, and customer preferences.
• Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards, conducting regular inspections.
• Control food and labor costs to meet monthly budget targets.
• Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Create decorative food displays and specialty dishes for special occasions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an executive or senior chef in a large‑scale hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high‑performing culinary teams.
