Senior Learning Program Manager

About the role

Conga is seeking a Senior Learning Program Manager to lead the administration and continuous improvement of its learning ecosystem. This remote position supports the development of Conga employees by ensuring seamless access to training resources and fostering a culture of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including content organization, user enrollment, and data accuracy.
• Partner with the Learning Services team to deliver onboarding, skill‑development programs, and track course completions.
• Maintain a smooth learning experience for all Conganeers, troubleshooting issues and optimizing processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing corporate learning platforms or similar systems.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Passion for employee development and continuous improvement.
