About the role
The Assistant Anti-Poaching Coordinator supports the Anti-Poaching Coordinator in managing anti‑poaching activities across the Bouba Ndjidda – Bénoué / Sena Oura Landscape. This full‑time, onsite role is essential for safeguarding wildlife in one of WCS Cameroon’s flagship transboundary complexes.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Anti-Poaching Coordinator in overseeing anti‑poaching operations throughout the landscape.
- Supervise the Anti-Poaching Operations Manager, Training Manager, Technical Assistants, and Conservation Support Staff.
- Collaborate directly with the Landscape Director and WCS PNSO Manager to align conservation strategies.
Required profile
- Ability to work onsite in the Bouba Ndjidda – Bénoué / Sena Oura Landscape.
- Commitment to start as soon as possible in a full‑time capacity.
