About the role

The Associate Director will oversee daily Food & Nutrition Services in an acute‑care hospital, translating hospitality leadership into a purpose‑driven healthcare environment. This role ensures high‑quality patient dining, retail cafés, catering, production, sanitation, and purchasing while fostering a supportive team culture.

Key responsibilities

• Support and manage daily foodservice operations across patient dining, retail, and catering.
• Lead, coach, and develop managers and frontline associates.
• Maintain high standards for service, food quality, presentation, and sanitation.
• Collaborate with hospital leaders, patients, and other departments to enhance the overall experience.
• Assist with labor planning, purchasing, inventory, budgeting, and food‑cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection‑control, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve guest and patient satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, catering, contract foodservice, or healthcare.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume operations and develop teams.
• Willingness to live or relocate to Georgia.
