Bilingual Travel Agent & Client Support Specialist – Sabre GDS

About the role

A client is looking for a bilingual Travel Agent and Client Support Specialist who delivers high-touch, urgent support to travelers during critical moments outside standard business hours. The role covers last-minute itinerary adjustments, hotel billing inquiries and complex booking updates by phone, email, text and chat. It is a 40-hour-per-week schedule in Mountain Time, including weekends, early mornings, evenings, overnights and holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client requests by phone, email, text or chat.
• Provide same-day itinerary confirmations and accurate travel documentation.
• Research solutions and make decisions that balance client needs with business requirements.
• Resolve travel-related questions, concerns and issues, and coordinate travel services and urgent booking requests.
• Call hotel partners to confirm reservations and billing.
• Offer reliable, informed travel advice and document client issues for follow-up.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services and promotions, and support other projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bilingual English and French, with strong written and verbal communication in professional settings.
• 3+ years of experience as a Travel Agent or Travel Manager.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Sabre GDS.
• Flexible availability based on business needs, and a proven record of punctuality and dependability.
