Clinical Dietitian – Acute Care

About the role

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in an acute‑care hospital setting. You will join a collaborative multidisciplinary team focused on improving patient outcomes through evidence‑based nutrition care.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for hospitalized patients.
• Provide nutrition education and lifestyle counseling to patients, families, staff, and the community.
• Apply current research and diet manuals to ensure consistent, high‑quality care.
• Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
• Partner with food service management to support patient satisfaction and service goals.
• Mentor dietetic interns and support staff development as needed.

Required profile

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam‑eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice (or willing to obtain licensure).
• Healthcare experience preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.
